Snakes!

Second date with Jen last night. I am so into that girl. I picked her up around 7:30. We were going to catch a flick. Believe it or not, it was her idea to see Snakes on a plane. How cool is this girl?

Snakes was HILARIOUS. I had a great time. The only downside was this jackass yelling "Snakes!" every ten minutes all through the movie. Most times it was funny, but still I wish he would have shut the hell up. The one time he didn't yell, somebody in the actual movie yelled it for him.

If you're looking for cinematic quality, you're in the wrong theater. If you're looking for a fun time with a date or with a group of friends, then Snakes is for you. Snakes further proves the theory that you can put Samuel L. Jackson in anything and it will make money.

After the movie, I took Jen home and she revealed something personal to me, that I won't share with you many tens of people, but I think the fact that she revealed that to me suggests a level of comfort with us being together; that she was able to let herself be vulnerable around me. She was tired from her very full day that she told me about (getting her car inspected, visiting a friend's restaurant out in Lancaster), so she didn't invite me in. I understood. No, really. I walked her to her door and she kissed me good-night.

Needless to say I was on cloud 9. My nose is so wide open.

Spoke too soon

Looks like Adult Swim just moved Pee-Wee's Playhouse to Midnight, which is OK by me. I usually stop watching about that time, anyway. That's when the anime begins and I'm really not all that into it. S-cry-ed, Inu Yasha, Ghost In The Shell and such.

Sweet Merciful Crap!

Oh, thank God.

Adult Swim failed to run any more Pee-Wee's Playhouse at 11:00. I don't know if this is just for tonight, but I'm so relieved.

For a time I was forced to watch Will & Grace on Lifetime. Not that I'm complaining terribly.
